Tom stopped by my house on Monday afternoon, talked to me about paving my driveway. I was interested so he measured it out and gave me a price. I agreed to have it done. Within the hour his crew was here starting the process. He and his foreman layed the whole job out for me, answered questions i had and got on with it. They got the driveway prepped and ready to go for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning they showed up, did some final prep work, the truck got back from the ashphalt plant and they began paving. it took less time than i anticipated, the crew didn't rush or take any shortcuts, when they were done, they cleaned my yard and the street. i am very happy with the outcome! they did an excellent job for what i considered a fair price. Great owner(Tom) with a great bunch of guys working for him. i would recommend them.

Expert Site Grading in Steuben County, NY
Site grading is the process of shaping and leveling ground so water drains away from structures and surfaces correctly. In Steuben County, rolling terrain and clay-heavy soils can cause water to pool near driveways, foundations, and parking areas. Poor grading leads to erosion, soft spots, and surface failure over time. PaveCorp Construction LLC grades sites to direct runoff away from paved surfaces and buildings before any paving work begins. We read the natural slope of each property and move soil to create a stable, even base. This matters whether you are preparing a driveway in Bath, a commercial lot in Corning, or a parking area in Horseheads. Proper grading protects your investment by reducing water damage and extending the life of whatever surface goes on top. The owner and crew bring the knowledge and hands-on expertise to get the grade right the first time. Contact PaveCorp Construction LLC to schedule a site visit.
