Tom stopped by my house on Monday afternoon, talked to me about paving my driveway. I was interested so he measured it out and gave me a price. I agreed to have it done. Within the hour his crew was here starting the process. He and his foreman layed the whole job out for me, answered questions i had and got on with it. They got the driveway prepped and ready to go for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning they showed up, did some final prep work, the truck got back from the ashphalt plant and they began paving. it took less time than i anticipated, the crew didn't rush or take any shortcuts, when they were done, they cleaned my yard and the street. i am very happy with the outcome! they did an excellent job for what i considered a fair price. Great owner(Tom) with a great bunch of guys working for him. i would recommend them.
Private Road Paving in Steuben County, NY
PaveCorp Construction LLC provides private road paving across Steuben County and surrounding areas.
Expert Private Road Paving in Steuben County, NY
Private road paving in Steuben County covers more ground than most people expect. Rural properties throughout the county often sit well back from public roads, connected by long private lanes that cross varied terrain and handle water very differently in spring than in summer. Those roads belong entirely to the property owner, which means maintenance and surface quality fall on you. A poorly built or neglected private road creates access problems, safety hazards, and ongoing repair costs. PaveCorp Construction LLC handles the full scope of private road work, from grading and base preparation through finished asphalt surface. Steuben County's freeze-thaw cycle is hard on any paved surface. Water finds its way into surface cracks, freezes, expands, and repeats that cycle through the winter until the base heaves. Getting the base depth and drainage right from the start is what separates a road that holds from one that fails in a few seasons. Our owner and crew bring the knowledge and hands-on expertise to build private roads that stand up to local conditions. Reach out to get started.
